How To Join Shiny Dens
In order to join the shiny dens, you usually need to add the Friend Code for the raids you want to join. You can still join with just the link code but adding the Friend Code for the den makes it easier to find in Y-COMM, so you'll see it more often! The raid code for all dens is 8800-8800. Once you add the Friend Code it usually takes a few minutes at most for the bot to add you back, unless the den is down. Dens go down and break from time to time, and we try to fix them as fast as possible when they do!
Keep in mind each den is rolled randomly meaning out of the Pokemon that are available in the den the bot will randomly roll one at a time. So if you're only looking for a specific Pokemon this can take some time. There's no way to make it do anything, or to force it to do a certain raid. Its fully random.
Step 1: Add the Friend Code
You'll want to start by going to whichever profile you use for Sword and Shield. In the top left of the Switch Menu(not in Sword or Shield). If you don't know the friend code you want, or which den you want, feel free to check out our list of Free Legit Shiny Dens at the link below!
Step 2: Go to Add Friend
Towards the bottom of your page you will see "Add Friend", go to that and next do Step 3!
Step 3: Go to Search With Friend Code
Go to Search with Friend Code and Press A on that!
Step 4: Add the Friend Code You Want
Next add the Friend Code you want for the den or dens you want. Add as many as you want! If you're unsure the Friend Code or what is in each den click the Find Friend Codes below!
Step 5: Input Code and Press OK
Then Press Send Friend Request. And it will send a friend request to the bot, which will add you back within a few minutes!
Step 6: Go to Y-COMM
Go to Y-COMM by pressing Y while in Pokemon Sword or Shield! Make sure you are connected to the Internet press + button to connect and disconnect in Y-COMM. After connecting press X to see and refresh raids appear. It will look like this! When entering an 8 Bit King Raid it will ask you for a code, the code for all raids is always 8800-8800! Enter that and join in the raid!
